About MoClarus
I’m Mohammad, founder of MoClarus.
I work alongside founders, business owners and small teams who want another perspective on a market, an idea or the next decision. We begin with their experience and the questions they want to explore.
Everyday work and the bigger picture belong together.
The people closest to a business bring knowledge of its customers, history and everyday work. That knowledge is where I begin.
Alongside daily work, it can be useful to make room for a question, a new possibility or another view of an existing choice. MoClarus is there to think it through with the people involved.
That is why I created MoClarus: to give founders and business owners someone who will think with them, ask direct questions and carry out the research needed before the next decision.
How I think about the work
My background spans customer service, technical support, sales and business development. That matters because business problems rarely stay inside one department.
Make the work useful
A plan should fit the people using it and the everyday work it is meant to support.
Learn from everyday work
Customer conversations, real behaviour and what happens in daily work usually tell us more than a polished presentation.
How I work
I do not arrive with a ready answer. We start with what the business already knows, what remains uncertain and the decision you are trying to make.
Depending on the question, I may review existing information, carry out market research, speak with customers or work directly with the people involved. The method follows the problem, not a fixed process.
I’m based in the Stockholm region. Most of the work can be done remotely via Teams, and we can meet in person when it makes sense.
What clients can expect
You should know what it will be like to work together. I will be direct about what I see, including when the answer is not yet clear.
Direct questions
I ask how you see the situation and explain what I notice. If our views differ, we explore the reasons together.
No fixed answer
What we learn may support the original idea. It may also point somewhere else.
Work you can use
The result should still make sense when the meeting is over and people return to daily work.

Want to talk through what you’re working on?
You do not need a finished brief. Tell me what you are trying to work out, and we can start there.
